Extensive designed scaffold with temporary roof to office areas.
Full roof inspection.
Removal of pitched glazed roofs over office areas.
Installation of new structural steel frame to support new roof structure.
Installation of new roof coverings to simulate lead roof to new pitched roof structure with a Renolit 20 year guarantee.
Replacement of the glass roof covering to the barrel-vaulted roof windows with new roof structure and lead roof covering.
Installation of new roof coverings with a Langley 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
Replacement of Trapezoidal gutters with Langley 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
Installation of new Alumasc GX Mould guttering system.
Removal & Replacement of internal soffit ceilings
Insulation to internal soffit ceiling, above ceiling to internal offices.
Installation of external film to control solar gain.
Whist working in fully occupied premises.
